I'm sorry, if I've missed something, but what about Parse::isMultiWrite? AFAIK, Parse::mayAbort is used solely in conjunction with Parse::isMultiWrite. How can lone Parse::mayAbort influence on OP_Transaction (or on any other behavior regarding CREATE VIRTUAL TABLE)?
