Bug https://www.sqlite.org/src/info/7d7525cb01b68 was exceptionally severe in that it created incompatible database files. For this one case, I took extra precautions to try to prevent the affected versions of SQLite from getting into wide-spread circulation. Disabling the downloads is an unusual step that is applied to this one bug and which I will hopefully never need to do again. -- D. Richard Hipp drh at sqlite.org
