This looks to be a great release, thanks. In particular I found the new virtual tables and table valued functions features interesting.

I have a question/request: I didn't see any mention in the release notes about how the SQLite C include guards were changed to better conform with the standard. Could you include an item in the release notes about this? That would be a useful thing to draw the attention of actual or potential users in stricter environments where it matters.
