thank you for your report. find it fixed in the latest commit.

there are popular "typos" out there with non-IANA
(http://www.iana.org/assignments/character-sets) conformant values.
that's why've put that warning message out there and we encourage you
all to report such cases. thing is that if the encoding is
unknown/invalid at the sqlmap run time, there are cases which could
screw testing results (especially with language-specific characters).
