you are using pretty outdated version (0.6.4). please either:

A) update to the latest version (1.0/dev) from our repository:
svn checkout https://svn.sqlmap.org/sqlmap/trunk/sqlmap sqlmap-dev

or

B) download latest stable version (0.9) from sourceforge:
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/sqlmap/sqlmap-0.9.tar.gz
