Hi Nicolas,

There is a switch to specify any additional header to your requests. I
recommend you either specify them in the .conf file or provide sqlmap
with the raw request in a text file with -r switch. Given there are no
bugs, sqlmap will process the request and replay it with the exact
same headers, please do report bugs if any here.
