When you can choose between techniques, especially like in this case (UNION
and ERROR techniques were usable), and one technique fails please try to
force another one (e.g. --technique=E).
In Iago's case server had some limitation in number of retrieved characters
making UNION dumping unusable (whole row contents were retrieved per one
request) for large strings. But, in case of ERROR technique, where record
by record is being retrieved, it became usable (--technique=E).
