Hi. Traffic file should be inside the folder where you run sqlmap.py.
So, if you are running sqlmap.py from folder ABC, then traffic.txt should be located in that same directory. E.g.: C:\sqlmap> python sqlmap.py -u "..." ... -t traffic.txt ....
