Sorry, I wasn't very clear.
This urls have parameters, which are discovered by - -forms options (and log
indicate that sqlmap find them) but they are both equals.
http://mywebsite.com/mypage.php?id=1
http://mywebsite.com/foo/mypage.php?id=1
