Thanks for the quick answer.

I've tried to run sqlmap from a cmd file:

E:
cd \SqlMap
cmd /q /k E:\Python\Python-Portable.exe sqlmap.py -u ...

Bu that doesn't prevent sqplmap from closing its window because sqlmap 
still opens its own console window.

Why is the log file in the output folder empty?
