I put one in the SVN repository a week or two ago, and it's mostly
complete. The unit tests for unicode, BLOBS, and Pickled objects
don't pass, but everything else should work ok. I hope to get around
to finishing it in my spare time, but I don't get to play with it at
work anymore since it meets our needs as-is. You can get the source
from here:

http://svn.colorstudy.com/SQLObject/branches/trunk-oracle/

Please let me and/or the list know if you have issues with it.
