You can CREATE or ALTER the intermediate table outside of SQLObject,
using pure SQL.
Yes but sqlite unfortunately does not allow adding non-constant default value:
sqlite> ALTER TABLE foo ADD _ctime TIMESTAMP DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP;
SQL error: Cannot add a column with non-constant default
You see, patches are welcome for sqlite too :-)
