I have had a similar problem for RLIKE because RLIKE requires installing
a user-defined regexp function. Look at test_select.py,
test_sqlbuilder_RLIKE how I do this. Ugly dirty hack, really. Needs to be
cleaned up and generalized for any user-defined function.
