Largely because setting Reply-To: thelist is prone to rather embarassing
posts of messages that senders expect to go to the original sender, but go
to the list instead. IMHO, it should always require a bit of effort to
send a message to hundreds of people -- although with smart mailers like
mutt, posting to the list is as simple as adding the list name to the
``subscribe'' list in the ~/.muttrc file, then pressing ``L'' instead of
``r''.
