1. You can declare your database tables the normal way:
class MyTable(SQLObject):
name = StringCol()
Just do not create the tables.
2. You can ask SQLObject to draw the description for you from the database:
class MyTable(SQLObject):
class sqlmeta:
fromDatabase = True
All database drivers in SQLObject (except SQLite) support fromDatabase...
to some extent...
