I made the change and committed as revisions 3707, 3708 and 3710 (for 
trunk, 0.10 and 0.9 branches respectively). It fixes incorrect constrain 
generation in createTable when the table name includes the database name 
as well (contains a dot).

You may need to make a new release anyway, as I discovered that a fix I 
made before the last release (regarding unicode handling) only made it to 
trunk and 0.10. I just found the uncommitted diff for the 0.9 branch 
sitting on my disk and I did commit it now (as revision 3709 in the 0.9 
branch). I'm not sure how I missed this, sorry for the inconvenience.
