Eu tamb�m pensei numa solu��o parecida para os subtotais, s� complementaria
com uma Split Window no final da Tabela para armazenar os totais assim:
SAM_Create (da child table)
Call SalTblDefineSplitWindow ( hWndTable, nRowsLowerHalf, bDragAdjust
)
! Onde nRowsLowerHalf = 1 linha; bDragAdjust = FALSE (para n�o
permitir ajuste manual pelo usu�rio)
E depois de popular a tabela usaria a fun��o SalTblColumnSum ( hWndTbl,
nColumnID, nFlagsOn, nFlagsOff ) para somar as colunas e linha que
desejasse.

eu faria do seguinte modo:
Criar vari�veis para totais. No evento SAM_FetchRowDone ir acumulando.
Quando a child estiver populada(ou em cada quebra, para subtotais) inserir
os (sub)totais (SalTblInsertRow ( hWndTbl, TBL_MaxRow )). Ou antes de
inserir essa(s) linha(s), inserir uma com os t�tulos (subtotal, total).
Esse � modo que eu faria.
