tente usar SalLoadAppAndProcessMsgs
nunca usei pra esse tipo de problema.. mas talvez funcione.. pq o problema �
q com o SalLoadAndWait a aplica��o chamadora n�o processa mensagem alguma,
nem a WM_PAINT enviado pelo sistema, para que o formulario se redesenhe...
a SalLoadAppAndProcessMsgs � identica a SalLoadAppAndWait, s� q deixa a
aplica��o chamadora processando mensagens...

Eu tive esse problema quando chamava o 2� execut�vel com a fun��o
SalLoadAppAndWait.
Se voc� n�o precisar salvar aguardar que o 2� execut�vel seja fechado para
continuar a opera��o do 1�, use a fun��o SalLoadApp ao inv�s da
SalLoadAppAndWait, que o 2� programa dever� parar de afetar o 1�.
