Regarding packaging, I would suggest Apache Bigtop. That said,
currently Bigtop has disabled Sqoop - but will be enabling it in a
future release. See BIGTOP-203 for details.
If you need a Sqoop RPM, another option is to wait for CDH4 to be released.
