No, they should be intermixed, sorted by whatever criteria you set. The web interface has a specific setting, saved in a cookie, so it could be different in different browsers, or for different users. The SqueezePlay interface (used on the Touch and Radio) has its own setting, under Settings > Advanced > Albums Sort Method.
