I see that in TuneIn service there is an option to add custom URL radio
station/streams.
However it doesn't work in my LMS server:

Aded URLs are visible in 'My Presets' but there is no 'add' and 'play'
buttons an I can't play these URLs.
One more thing there is no one convenient (set in Tunein) list but
annoying split: 'URLs' and 'Stations'.
Is it possible to merge it into one list just like in Tunein service?
