What language have you set your LMS to? The screenshots are in English, but is this what you are using?
The one error which is obvious in your server.log file is related to the language setting. Alas I wouldn't understand how it would prevent you from browsing your music, as it shows in the "images" query. Do you even use the video/image part of LMS? If not: remove the checkbox for those types in the path settings. Rescan, try again.
You're saying that you can't access music. Are the menus missing, or are they returning empty?
