I double checked on my Debian sid again. It just works. And I don't even
have those /usr/local/lib folders. But they shouldn't be used by LMS
anyway, as LMS' own folders are further up in the search path. I'm lost,
I'm sorry.
That required File::Spec version is wrong. The latest version available
is 3.62 (http://search.cpan.org/~rjbs/PathTools-3.62/). Maybe you can
figure out where this is coming from.
