This shouldn't be necessary. Assuming we're talking about LMS under Windows: If you want to run the LMS control panel under an administrator account only once, just locate it under 'Start menu->All Programs (All Apps in Win10)->LMS->Control panel' and right-click it and select 'Run as Administrator'.
