I was having this problem as well -- same error message (server is on a Win7 PC). My router time was correct. Then I remembered I had disabled syncing my clock to Internet Time because I like to keep it about 10 minutes fast. It's a habit I have with clocks in general.
So is Last.FM really that picky or this an LMS check?
