Please enable debugging for plugin.preventstandby, then check the
server.log after you would have expected the computer to go to sleep.
"Player activity" can be many things. Eg. a computer which still has the
web UI open, or some mobile apps polling LMS etc. could all be
considered activity, therefore preventing standby.

sorry, but i did understand your problem, may you can explain it in
other words?
You have a Plugin, called *prevent system standby* and when your using
it - the server (system) didnt go in standby?
If you unistall/remove the plugin the server goes in standby....
The server will not sleep at all, if the above mentioned plugin is
installed. The -prevent system standby- plugin should prevent the server
from sleeping _when_and_if_ a squeezebox player is playing or updating
etc.. Once the player is stopped, the server system should go to sleep
after a user defined predetermined setting in minutes is applied. My
server stays awake regardless of the settings.
