Do you have still the "old" SD Card? AFAIK you always get a new UUID when installing a new Version of LMS (not on a upgrade). I might (i am not sure) your Device search for the UUID to reconnect again. Since your new lms has a different UUID it can't connect. Did you set your mysqb credentials on the new lms already?
