Hmm - sorry I'm at work at present and can't check the exact text to be
really clear.  But I definitely selected the Music Library option (so I
could see Artists and Search and so on) and then chose the "Music
Folder" option because I wanted to find the track by folder rather than
tags.  I remember clearly because I usually use the tags.  That was the
point that it hung.

But it is possible that it had some unfinished scanning business (If
that makes any sense at all?) to do because I hadn't scanned for some
time, and in the previous week I had added some new tracks and rather
than properly scan them in I had just played from their folder.  And
then removed some of them.

Obviously it's all working now so this probably won't cause me any grief
now for a year :)

Is it possible the fix wasn't in the version I was using (v7.9.0,
1450801618, Tue Dec 22 16:33:24 CUT 2015)?
