If you are looking for a BBC fiasco cover solution take a look at streamwhatyouhear.com - Windows. Takes Soundcard output and streams as either MP3 or PCM. If you have a digital Soundcard there is no digital analogue digital conversion it's pure digital. Listen to BBC via html5 browser on muted PC, stream as PCM and tune in with LMS like any other compatible URL. Also works with Apple Music & Amazon prime.
