Thats not a real problem for an real database admin. get a sqlite commandline dump all the db files alter the path from the dumpfiles to the new location import the altered files into your new lms server. But a "real database admin" wouldnt ask such a question and of curse a scan from scratch is always a good idea, cause rescans didnt delete old / deleted/renamed tracks. So yes its possible, but instead of klicking something here and there and let lms do its thing over night you had to do /test/debug/fix it your own. I dont think you really want that.
