I run Logitech Media Server Version: 7.8.1 - 1461244851 @ Fri Apr 22 03:05:10 CUT 2016 on a PC at the moment I have all music files locally on PC and cable connection through router to SB. I play only mp3 files.
I earlier had my LMS and all files on my Synology DS214play and connected wireless to SB - but it was slow to move between my libraries and I had the dropouts and halts and suddenly songs could skip to next track... I moved LMS to PC and played music from files on DS214play, same thing. Now moved also music files to PC... Any idea what is wrong?
