For the last 5-6 years I have had LMS (Squeezebox Server, etc) installed
and running from my HTPC. Recently, I decided to move the server over to
another computer on the network because the server on the HTPC had just
gotten so dang slow and I actually tried it as an experiment to see if
it would run faster and stop frequent LMS lockups. It does seem faster
and less likely to lock up (probably the HTPC is running too many
tasks). I now have disabled LMS at daily startup of the HTPC so it isn't
even running anymore, and I can get my Squeezeboxen running fine off of
the newer computer. But every 30 seconds or so, the Controller and any
running instances of Squeezeplay throughout the house go to a constant
"Connecting to HTPC" screen (LMS isn't even running on the HTPC). I'm
sure it's probably a simple fix somewhere in the settings to stop this,
but I can't seem to figure it out to stop it.

Any ideas?
