Be sure you forward 3483 UDP...

ALSO, if you have a slower ISP (like DSL or U-verse,) the outbound speed
is often not sufficient. (My previous DSL only gave an outbound speed of
400Kb/sec.)

Put LAME.exe (http://www.rarewares.org/mp3-lame-bundle.php) into the
correct folder and use the player/audio settings to reduce the outbound
bandwidth requirements (by having the server convert the stream to your
selected MP3 rate on-the-fly.)
