Hi i have no realy clue about your Setup - but i could give you some
hints..

- got to http://your.lms:9000/settings/index.html
- Select last Tab Information
- In the bottom of the Information page you should see some "Folder
Names"
- Remember the prefs and extras Folderpaths
- Open a ssh/telnet session to your nas
- change to the Folder where your prefs are stored.
- In this Folder there should be a plugin folder
- Is there a files named radioio.prefs
- delete it - if its there.
- Go to the extras Folder
- Check for some subfolder radioio or something similar
- delete that Folder
- Restart lms
- take a look at your logfiles
