That's obviously the question, and since my net based services running
on the NAS currewntly don't work, the likely answer is «no» - hence this
tread.

Ok, as you already know that your ReadyNAS has a connectivity issue, you should probably verify its network configuration. This has nothing to do with LMS.

Eg. can you trigger a firmware update check from its web UI? Would you know how to log in using ssh?
