I would think its not related to lms. If you really want to understand - you might have a deeper look at all your fresh installed Windowsupdates. But to be honest - running the latest Winblows with a lms Version thats older (and not really made for such a new OS) is always "tricky". So ist it (lms) starting or is it starting and stopped by accident?
