So the image is in the stream along with upcoming track and others
From what I understand from the additional data you sent me the image is not part of the stream, but can be pulled using an additional URL on the streaming server. Could you please provide the actual stream URL, too?
The only way to make this work (without you adding your own custom LMS plugin) is to include the URL to the file in the stream's ICY data. It would be passed as the StreamUrl value. How you configure this on the server, I don't know.
