That's more than just a "view" problem, the whole current playlist doesn't work like that. For example, a single press to "shuffle" would tear the whole view apart. I've tried to get my head around this a few times because I'd have loved to do something like this in iPeng but it's just not how LMS currently works and certainly a much, much bigger change then being able to insert at an arbitrary position
