I think I had been looking into creating something like this before. But 
I didn't want to get involved in yet another development project. So 
yesterday I thought I'd give google another try to see whether there 
wasn't a tool like BitBar around. And voilà, there it is. Pretty recent, 
pretty powerful. I'm sure I'll be using it for other uses than just LMS, 
too!
