They live on a Seagate drive connected to a laptop that runs LMS which is wired to the router.
Your LMS is running on a laptop while the playlists are stored on a NAS? What about the music files? Where do they live? What are your folder settings in LMS?
Could it be that NAS folder wasn't available during the scanning process? And are the playlist files created by LMS really there in that folder?
