Same here. I mainly use my 2 squeezeboxes for spotify and recently no new playlists showed up in squeezebox, and some new ones at the very bottom on the list, empty. That only shows up in squeezebox spotify app, not in spotify own app.
I thought my playlist is broken and am now in the process of deleting spotify cache and trying a newer version of LMS, maybe a community edition. Hope this fixes this but as you to have this problem, maybe spotify have changed something.
