I have a Classic, a Boom and a SBRadio. Running LMS on Windows 10. I keep my library on a NAS and it is organized using iTunes.
A couple weeks ago, having added a couple albums to iTunes, I started a "look for for new and changed files" scan which terminated unexpectedly. I restarting the PC and scanned again, same result. I then tried a "clear library and rescan everything." This was a big mistake - the scan terminated, and now LMS says my library contains 0 albums and 0 tracks. :-( I read in the forum that 7.9 fixes some scan issues, so I upgraded to 7.9, but the result is the same. Scan always "terminates unexpectedly" with the error "Error: Unable to read at least 422 bytes from file." I am including below the scanner log. I haven't been able to figure out how to append the server log without causing my post to be too long. In the server log, I note several errors in the server log about classicalradio and jazzradio. I don't have enough technical knowledge to know what these errors are, how to fix them, or whether they might be causing the library scan to terminate. Thanks in advance for any help. I am pretty desperate to restore the ability to play my music, so I will promptly act on any suggestions you can give, and will report back!
