When upgrading a working 7.9 nightly to a new one, can one safely assume CPAN modules are not needed or do 7.9 nightlies change PERL dependencies often?
When installing the update on top of the existing instance, then yes, it should just work. We did update some of the CPAN modules in the past, but it happens very, very rarely.
