I think I've made a real mess here. I've been trying to iron out some relatively minor niggles here:
http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?106383-Squeezebox-2-cannot-find-LMS And in the process rebooted my ReadyNas 102. As it came back on it offered a firmware update which I accepted, something I've done in the past with no problems. Following this update I was completely unable to access LMS - PC/Android phone/Squeeboxes themselves were all unable to connect. I tried relaunching the LMS app but this didn't help. I removed it with the intention of reinstalling but found that it was no longer included in the "available apps" section. In looking around for some info I found this discussion: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?103505-ReadyNas-new-firmware which seems to suggest that the problem is the new ReadyNAS firmware (6.6.0) being incompatible with LMS. Post #23 seems to link to a solution but I'm afraid the instructions are almost entirely incomprehensible to me. Could anyone provide a simple idiot's guide for me to get a version of LMS installed that will be compatible with the new ReadyNAS firmware and allow me access to my music again? My PCs are running Windows 7 and Windows 10. Many thanks in advance. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ YHS1979's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=65574 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=106387 _______________________________________________ Squeezecenter mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
