Having had enough with this issue, I pulled my Anti-virus and cleared my
cache.   Problem fixed...other then needing to find a replacement
anti-virus software, but a small price to pay to get my LMS back.
Thanks again for the prompt responses.

Please report to Kaspersky, too. They need to fix this.
