It happens when adding/removing disk folders, which I am doing often at
the moment testing new rips. Otherwise, it's stable.

It's not the problem, net just does not know that LMS is a service,

tasklist shows 'SQUEEZ~3.EXE', but taskkill cannot kill it, probably
because it's a DOS mangled name. Using the real SqueezeSvr.exe name does
not work either.
