\\COCKTAILAUDIO\files\boxmusic\Music But not how to get there. I notice they are all read only, so I don't think you can write to them (might be wrong on that). I have folders on a qnap Nas (essentially the cocktail is a NAS) They are available in Windows, under network and I can add files to them by drag and drop. In the manual for your player it tells you how to access them, have you tried this. Again, permissions may be an issue.
