What kind of players Radios ? or some raspi build ? Usually hardware squeezeboxes that are "off" are still visible due to that off is really just a software state .
However the Radio can be turned of completely by a long press on the power button or by sitting unused on battery then it turns itself off by that i mean really off , not just shoving ablack screeen or a clock .
