Everything is working fine except Spotify - although my friend has
entered his credentials at MySB.com over and over we are still not
seeing the Spotify menu on LMS.
Setting up Spotify has become a bit complicated... there are several
steps you have to go through:
- on mysb.com, add the Spotify app
- on mysb.com add your Spotify credentials
- on mysb.com activate Spotify (you should see a link to do so once
you've added your credentials)
- in LMS add your mysb.com credentials
- in LMS install the SPH plugin
- in LMS enter your Spotify credentials once again in the SPH settings
So the question is which log is going to tell me what is not working ?
Enable network.squeezenetwork to see whether Spotify is in the list of
items returned by mysb.com.
