I've got a situation where my cache.db seems to be blowing up to a much larger size than usual. It's currently at 273MB. I wouldn't consider this an issue: you let MAI download artwork for your albums and/or artists. These images can be quite big nowadays (I've seen images of several dozen megabytes!). The plugin is caching them so it doesn't have to re-download them again in the future. If you don't like this, make sure you create a folder for the artwork wher you store the downloaded images. The cache initially might still grow, but should shrink again after a month or so when the cached images have expired.
